Your happiness is our number one priority at Bilal Brothers. If you receive any products that are damaged or faulty, we will happily organise an exchange for you, subject to policies mention below.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please fill out our online RMA Form within 48 hours of receipt of goods. At our discretion, we will either (a) provide free return shipping for the defective or damaged item and ship a replacement item or (b) ship replacement parts necessary to restore the item to its advertised condition. You may return damaged or faulty goods within 7 days of receipt. If a product is later deemed to be faulty, normal warranty conditions for that product apply. It is the recipient's responsibility to incur all costs and to follow warranty instructions as stated on the product warranty card as specified by the manufacturer.
If your item arrives via common carrier truck, please be sure to note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt before signing for a shipment. Title of goods passes to the purchaser when a shipment is accepted for transportation by the carrier. When you sign for a shipment, you are indicating that all cartons shown on the receipt are present and in good condition. If this is not true, be sure to note the discrepancy and have the driver initial it.
In the event that you receive a defective or damaged product, a replacement will be dispatched (subject to availability) once we receive the faulty return, at our cost. We reserve the final right to determine if a product is actually faulty.
Making a Return
Cancelled or unwanted items will attract a Restocking Fee of 25%. Cancelled or unwanted items cannot be returned after 7 days. Shipping fees are non-refundable and will be paid by the buyer. Please ensure that all original items including packaging, manuals, etc... are returned. It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are adequately packaged to ensure that they are not damaged during return transit.
To make a return to Bilal Brothers, please complete our Returns Form ONLINE RMA FORM. No return or replacement will be accepted without submitting the RMA form. Customer service will contact you via email within 2 business days with your return information.
